Kuwait-Mubasher: The shareholders of Arabi Group Holdings will meet on Monday to discuss 5% bonus shares on a 5-for-100 basis for 2015, according to a bourse statement.

Profits reached KWD 276,000 in 2015, a decline of 87.8% from KWD 2.27 million in 2014.

A total of KWD 593,700 and KWD 229,950 will be deducted from the company’s retained earnings and voluntary reserve respectively for the dividend distribution.

The shareholders will hold their extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on the same date to discuss the capital increase from KWD 16.47 million to KWD 17.3 million, a rise of KWD 823,600 representing the 5% bonus share distribution.
