Mubasher: Acwa Power Barka reported a 13.3% rise in its second-quarter profits, according to a bourse statement.

Profits amounted to OMR 3.15 million ($8.15 million) in Q2-16, compared to OMR 2.78 million ($7.2 million) in Q2-15.

Profits increased 21% to OMR 5.62 million in the first half of 2016, compared to OMR 4.64 million in the prior-year period.

Total revenues grew 42% to OMR 32.47 million in H1-16, compared to OMR 22.93 million in H1-15.
