Mubasher: Al Batinah Power reported a 6.3% decrease in profits in Q2-16 to OMR 6.52 million ($16.7 million) compared to OMR 6.93 million ($17.81 million) in the same period last year.

The company’s profits in H1-16 increased 27%, reaching OMR 4.19 million ($10.88 million) compared to OMR 3.29 million ($8.55 million) in the first half of 2015, according to the company’s bourse filing issued on Sunday.
