Kuwait-Mubasher: The stock of Automated Systems topped the winners of Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) an hour before closing Monday’s session.

The stock jumped by 9.43% or 25 fils to reach 290 fils; the highest level in 12 years.

About 51,730 shares were traded through 18 transactions at a value of nearly KWD 14,780. Purchase offers totalled 122,000 shares versus 900 shares representing sale offers.

The technology sector was backed by the rise of the stock, posting a growth of 3.05%.
