Cairo - Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) said that El Kahera El Watania Investment acquired around 601,000 shares in Asyut Agricultural Development owned by ADI Lease for Financial Lease.
The transaction’s total value reached EGP 9.83 million, with EGP 16.37 per share, according to a bourse filing.
