Cairo – Mubasher: Misr Beni Suef Cement stated Tuesday that the lawsuit filed against the Industrial Development Authority (IDA) in 2011 was postponed concerning the second line, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.
Earlier, the company paid EGP 181.4 million as the second line’s fees to IDA.
By this lawsuit, the company called in a re-payment the second these fees are not prescribed by laws, the statement revealed.
Mohamed Abdul-Hamid, investment relation manager, said the company received no notice of the next hearing which was supposed to be held on last 29 September.
