Mubasher: National Detergent unaudited financial statements for the third quarter of fiscal 2016 showed a year-on-year rise of 106.6% in the company’s profit to OMR 352,200 ($911,680), versus OMR 170,440 ($441,190) for Q3-15.

Net profit also rose in the first nine months of the year by 102.2% to OMR 1.01 million from OMR 500,770 for the same period last year, according to a bourse filing.

Total sales amounted to OMR 17.25 million in the nine-month period, 2% down from OMR 17.61 for the same period of 2015.

The company earlier posted a net profit of OMR 657,800 for H1-16, 99.1% up from OMR 330,330 for H1-15.
