Abu Dhabi –Mubasher: AXA Green Crescent Insurance (GCIC) postponed authorising the CEO to conduct negotiations and submit biding offer to Standard Chartered Bank (SCB), according to a bourse statement.
The board postponed the de-registration of the Dubai Healthcare City branch, in addition to approving the branch opening at Abu Dhabi Immigrations Office.
