Kuwait – Mubasher: Al Mowasat Health Care said that its board members recommended, to the ordinary general meeting, a voluntary withdrawal from Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE).

The company clarified that the delisting decision was due to lower trading activity of the stock, financial commitments and costs, as well as applying the governance rules, the company said according to a  bourse filing.
