Kuwait – Mubasher: National Investments said that the company cannot comment in the meantime on what was published on Sunday in a local newspaper over Americana’s withdrawal from Boursa Kuwait.

This news will be announced once official procedures are completed, the company said in a bourse statement issued on Sunday.

Regarding the compulsory acquisition, the proposal is still being studied by the Capital Markets Authority (CMA), National Investments said.

On the stock level, Americana saw no trading activity on Sunday, while National Investments reached 97 fils by 11:50am Kuwait time.
