Doha – Mubasher: Doha Insurance Company said Tuesday that its board of directors will discuss the financial statements for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2016, according to a bourse filing.

The company also announced that it will held its general meeting on 7 March an set 19 March as an alternative date in case of incomplete quorum.

The stock closed Monday’s session falling by 0.27% to QAR 17.73.
