Mubasher: Medicare Group said Tuesday that Qatar’s court of First Instance revoked a decision issued by the director of the companies control department (CCD) at the ministry of economy and commerce (MEC) to fine the company QAR 1 million.

Earlier in February 2016, the MEC fined the company QR1 million for violating the commercial companies' law after holding an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) without the approval of the ministry's companies control department.
