Kuwait – Mubasher: Effect Real Estate Co has purchased two real estate units in the UAE for KWD 80,000 ($261,800).

A revenue of 9% is expected from the sale deal, the company said in a bourse filing issued on Wednesday.

It added that the financial impact will appear in the statements of the first quarter ending 30 April, 2017.

On the stock level, Effect ended Wednesday’s session higher with 2.08% to reach 49 fils.
