Mubasher: Kuwait Cement has finalised selling its entire stake in Kuwait Food Company (Americana) to UAE's Adeptio AD Investments, according to a bourse statement issued on Sunday.

The financial impact from this sale deal is a profit of KWD 1.36 million, the statement noted.

It is worth noting that Boursa Kuwait announced on 7 March the completion of the compulsory takeover of Americana’s 26.634% stake by Adeptio.
