Mubasher: Al-Mowasat Healthcare Company will hold its ordinary general meeting (OGM) on 2 April to consider the board’s recommendation of distributing cash dividends for fiscal year 2016.

The company will pay cash dividends worth 20% of its capital or 20 fils per share, according to a bourse statement issued on Monday. 

During the fiscal year, profits rose by 35.3% to reach KWD 4.52 million from KWD 3.34 million in FY15.
