Mubasher: Kuwait Foundry has sold its entire stake in Kuwait Food – Americana to UAE’s Adeptio AD Investments.
The company noted that selling its stake to Adeptio generated a profit of KWD 5.71 million, according to a bourse statement issued on Monday.
At the stock level, Kuwait Foundry fell by 1.67% to reach 295 fils by the end of Monday’s session.
