Dubai – Mubasher: United Foods Co (UFC) said its shareholders approved on Wednesday, 15 March, 10% cash dividends, equivalent to 10 fils per share, for fiscal year 2016, according to a bourse statement.

Total dividends to be distributed amount to AED 3.03 million for FY16.

The company’s shareholders set the last day to participate in dividends to 22 March, with the record date determined at 26 March.
