Cairo – Mubasher: Utopia said Thursday that its ordinary general meeting (OGM) has approved a proposal to distribute cash dividends of 80 piasters per share for fiscal year 2016, totalling EGP 3 million.
The OGM also adopted the financial statements for the year ended on 31 December 2016, according to a bourse filing.
