Mubasher: Ahli Bank’s shareholders approved distributing cash dividends for 2016 at 10 baisas per share, according to the bank’s statement to the Muscat Securities Market (MSM) on Tuesday.

Dividends represent 10% of the issued capital, Ahli Bank stated.

The bank’s capital stands at OMR 142.5 million distributed over 1.43 billion shares with a nominal value of OMR 0.1 per share.

Annual profits rose 6.86% reaching OMR 29.6 million in 2016, compared to OMR 27.7 million in the year before.
