Mubasher: The shareholders of Muscat National Holding has approved the distribution of cash dividends and bonus shares for fiscal year 2016, according to a bourse filing.

The company said in a statement to the Muscat Securities Market (MSM) on Monday that the cash dividends will be at 100 baisas per share, representing 10% of capital, while the bonus shares distribution will be at 100% of the company’s current capital, at one bonus share for every original share.

The company’s capital totals OMR 5 million distributed over 5 million shares at a par value of OMR 1 per share.
