Mubasher: Advanced Technology (ATC) will hold its ordinary general meeting (OGM) on 18 April to consider the board’s recommendation of distributing 15% cash dividends for fiscal year 2016.

The company will discuss paying 15 fils per share to the entitled shareholders, with a total value of KWD 2.25 million, according to a bourse statement issued on Sunday.

During FY16, the company’s profits increased by 18.6% to total KWD 5.86 million from KWD 4.94 million in FY15.
