Cairo – Mubasher: Modern Waterproofing Company’s (Bitumode) ordinary general meeting (OGM) has approved to distribute cash dividends of 3 piasters per share for fiscal year 2016, totalling EGP 3.57 million.

The OGM also adopted the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2016, in addition to the board's and auditors' reports on the year, according to a bourse filing.

The stock rose on Tuesday by 2.82% to EGP 0.73
