Mubasher: Investors Holding Group has incurred higher losses by 71.5% during the first quarter of 2017, compared to the same period in 2016.

The losses widened to about KWD 48,970 ($160,670) in Q1-17 from around KWD 28,550 ($93,670) in Q1-16, according to a bourse statement issued on Thursday.

It is worth noting that during fiscal year 2016, Investors achieved a profit of approximately KWD 42,700 against a loss of nearly KWD 548,300 in FY15.

At the stock level, Investors closed Thursday’s session 1.92% lower at 25.5 fils.
