Kuwait – Mubasher: The extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of Danah AlSafat Foodstuff on Wednesday approved selling its entire stake in the Lebanese firm F&B Venture Holding, according to a bourse filing.
The Kuwaiti company had previously clarified that no financial impact from this deal will be realised in the financial statements of fiscal year 2017.
