Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: The financial results of National Takaful Company (Watania) showed that it has achieved profits of AED 33,000 ($9,000) in the first quarter of 2017 versus losses of AED 496,000 ($135,000) in the same period last year.

The company said in a statement to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) on Monday that net revenues reached AED 1.5 million in the first three months of the year compared to AED 4.32 million in Q1-16.
