Kuwait – Mubasher: Kuwait Food – Americana will hold its ordinary general meeting (OGM) on 5 June to discuss an optional withdrawal from Boursa Kuwait, as well as distributing cash dividends for fiscal year 2016.

The company will pay 615% of capital or 615 fils per share as cash dividends for FY16, according to a bourse statement issued on Tuesday.

Americana will also overview the resignation of the board members.

At the stock level, Americana on Tuesday gained 1.63% to reach KWD 2.500 by 11:40 am Kuwait time.
