Kuwait – Mubasher: Sanad Holding Co posted a surge of 170.1% in losses during the first quarter ended 31 March 2017 compared to the same period of 2016.
The losses increased to about KWD 31,950 ($105,050) in Q1-17 from nearly KWD 11,830 ($38,890) in Q1-16, according to a bourse statement issued on Monday.
Sanad registered a net operating profit of about KWD 173,830 in Q1-17, versus operating losses of KWD 3,000 in Q1-16.
Boursa Kuwait on Monday has resumed trading on Sanad’s stock, following the disclosure of the Q1 financials.
