Riyadh – Mubasher: Taleem real estate investment traded fund (Taleem REIT Fund) achieved SAR 1.25 million net profits in June.

Total profits reached SAR 1.5 million, and earnings per share (EPS) amounted to SAR 0.04, according to a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

The fund’s net assets value (NAV) on the cost approach was SAR 286.5 million, equivalent to SAR 10.0439 per unit, and the fund’s NAV based on the market value approach amounted to SAR 288.4 million, equivalent to SAR 10.1579 per unit.

Revenues reached SAR 1.52 million, and the profits from operations stood at SAR 1.5 million.
