Kuwait – Mubasher: National International Holding purchased 44.25 million shares of Specialities Group Holding, Boursa Kuwait on Thursday said.

The sold shares represented 29.5% of Specialities Group Holding’s capital, and the initial selling price amounted to 117 fils per share, while the auction was awarded at 160 fils per share, with a total amount of KWD 7.08, Boursa Kuwait added.
