Mubasher: Kuwait Cement reported a decline in profits in the third quarter of 2017 by 25.3% year-on-year, as shown by the company’s financial statements.

Profits totalled KWD 2.27 million ($7.49 million) in Q3-17, compared to KWD 3.04 million ($10 million) for the same period last year, according to the company’s statement to Boursa Kuwait on Wednesday.

In the nine-month period that ended 30 September 2017, profits decreased by 19% to KWD 12.25 million down from KWD 15.2 million in the corresponding period in 2016.
