Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait will hold an auction on Sunday, 7 January 2018, to offer 58.2 million of Al Mal Investment’s for sale.

This stake represents 18.758% of Al Mal’s capital, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.

Boursa Kuwait clarified that the premium price stands at KWD 0.0432 per share, with a total value of KWD 2.514 million.

The auction will be executed by National Investments Co as a selling party for the client Al Khair National for Stocks and Real Estate Co, and Khalid Al Zayed as a purchasing party.
