Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Abu Dhabi Ship Building (ADSB) said that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Rolls Royce to provide enhanced naval shipbuilding, repair and refit services across the GCC.

The deal also entails the provision of engineering sustainment and supply chain services for military vessels, ADSB added

The MoU would boost the ADSB’s technical maintenance, repair and overhaul capabilities, according to the company’s statement.

“This partnership supports our strategy to capitalize on ADSB’s competitive advantages in MRO services as we look to support our strategic partners’ readiness in the region, as well as help develop national talent specialised in the shipbuilding sector,” ADSB CEO Khaled Al Mazrouei commented.
