Mubasher: Oula Fuel Marketing has signed an agreement with Abdul Rahman Albisher and Zaid Alkazemi Company to purchase a number of petroleum carriers.

The financial impact of this deal will reflect on the income statements of the first quarter of fiscal year 2018, according to a bourse statement on Tuesday.

Oula Fuel noted that it will disclose any further developments once the agreement is sealed.

It is worth noting that Oula Fuel achieved an increase of 2.9% in profits to KWD 3.58 million in fiscal year 2017 compared to KWD 3.48 million in the previous year.

At the stock level, Oula Fuel closed Tuesday’s session at 115 fils.
