Mubasher: Kuwait-based Amwal International Investment has announced the signing of an initial agreement with SHUAA Capital that may lead to the takeover of the Kuwaiti firm, a statement to Boursa Kuwait released.
By the end of April, SHUAA stated that the offer submitted to Amwal International was under discussion by the Kuwaiti regulatory authorities.
SHUAA owns an 11.03% stake in Amwal International capital.
