Mubasher: Kuwait and Middle East Financial Investment (KMEFIC) registered a positive turn in its financials during the first quarter of 2018.
KMEFIC achieved a profit of KWD 209,000 ($694,230) in Q1-18 against losses of nearly KWD 569,710 ($1.89 million) in Q1-17, according to a bourse statement on Monday.
The positive turn in Q1 financials is attributed to lower provisions in addition to operational expenses.
