Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait announced that a private transaction was executed on the stock of Senergy Holding Co, according to a filing on Sunday.

The deal included 4.64 million shares for 33 fils per share at a total value of nearly KWD 153,220.

At the stock level, Senergy closed Sunday’s session 1.4% higher at 29 fils.

It is noteworthy that private transactions do not affect the price of the last transaction on the stock, the high-and-low share price, the opening and closing prices, the benchmark index, nor the sector indices.
