Cairo – Mubasher: Egyptian Resorts Company (EGTS) has announced that its subsidiary, Sahl Hasheesh for Touristic Investment, launched EGP 52 million Bay Condos.

Situated on 2,525 square metres, the project will include 60 new residential units, according to a bourse statement released on Tuesday.

The construction of the project will start in 2020 and will be completed in 2023, with expected revenue of EGP 100 million.

Sahl Hasheesh reported EGP 5.52 million net loss from January to March, while revenue reached EGP 29.06 million.
