Mubasher: International Financial Advisors (IFA) received the approval of the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) in Kuwait to sell 17.45 million of the company’s treasury shares.
The CMA’s approval is valid for a period of six months starting from the resolution date, according to a recent bourse disclosure.
IFA is a dual-listed company on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) and Bourse Kuwait.
