Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of the Egyptian Satellites Co (NileSat) decided to distribute cash dividends of $20.53 million or 11% of the company’s capital for 2019.
The company’s shareholders agreed to distribute 55 cents per share, compared to 50 cents previously recommended by the board of directors, according to a bourse statement on Sunday.
For the full-year 2019, NileSat’s net profits fell by 20% to $42.53 million, compared to $53.46 million in 2018.
