Riyadh – Mubasher: The National Gypsum Company announced distributing SAR 11.08 million in cash dividends to shareholders for 2019.

Dividends will be distributed at SAR 0.35 per share, or 3.5% of the share’s par value, according to the company statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

Eligibility data is 15 April, while the distribution is set to take place on 27 April 2020.

The company reported a 5.3% decline in annual net profit after zakat and tax for last year to SAR 10.91 million.

The rise in sales was attributed to a 14.7% increase in sales on higher demand, despite an increase in sales, marketing, and administrative costs, as well as a 23.11% decline in different revenues.
