Mubasher: Shareholders of Al Salam Bank, listed on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) and Bahrain Bourse, have approved the distribution of dividends for 2019.
Dividends stand at BHD 17.73 million, representing 8% of the company’s capital, according to a bourse filing.
The dividends will be in the form of a cash distribution at 4% worth BHD 8.86 million, as well as 4% bonus shares.
