Cairo – Mubasher: The board of El Kahera Housing approved the sale of one of its real estate investments in Nasr City.

The administrative business centre will be sold for EGP 150 million, including a book value of EGP 19 million and a net profit of EGP 131 million, the company said in a bourse disclosure on Sunday.

During the first six months of 2020, the company recorded net profits of EGP 106.24 million, up from EGP 80.13 million in the year-ago period.
