Cairo – Mubasher: The consolidated net profits of Sarwa Capital Holding for Financial Investments dropped by 30.7% year-on-year (YoY) to EGP 202.24 million in the first nine months of 2020 from EGP 292.22 million, including minority shareholders’ rights.
Over the January-September period, Sarwa Capital generated EGP 1.92 billion in revenue, down from EGP 1.94 billion in the prior-year period, according to a bourse disclosure on Wednesday.
The company reported standalone net profits of EGP 3.72 million in the nine-month period ended 30 September, down from EGP 75.3 million in the corresponding period a year earlier.
During the first half (H1) of 2020, the company posted net profits of EGP 133.1 million, compared to EGP 192.9 million in H1-19, including minority shareholders’ rights.
