Cairo – Mubasher: The board of directors of Extracted Oils & Derivatives Company has appointed Hisham Mahmoud Ahmed Gad Allah as the company’s chairman.
In addition, Muhammad Rifat Ahmed Suleiman Hijab has been named the managing director of the company as part the resolution of the ordinary general meeting (OGM) convened on 28 October, according to a bourse disclosure on Sunday.
During fiscal year 2019/2020, the company logged net profits of EGP 18.88 million, down from EGP 23.07 million in the previous year.
