Sarwa Capital's shareholders approve cash dividends for 2020

The company will pay a total of EGP 126 million in cash dividends

Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Sarwa Capital Holding for Financial Investments approved a cash dividend of EGP 0.107 per share for 2020’s earnings.

The company will pay a total of EGP 126 million in cash dividends, according to a bourse disclosure on Wednesday.

Over the course of 2020, Sarwa Capital posted net profits of EGP 367.4 million, down from EGP 406.51 million a year earlier, including minority shareholders’ rights.
