Both Al Dabbagh and Bin Mahfooz will assume their positions for three years

Riyadh – Mubasher: Red Sea International Company announced the appointment of Amr Abdullah Al Dabbagh as the Chairman of the board starting 10 May 2021, according to a bourse disclosure on Tuesday.
The company has also appointed Sami Ahmed bin Mahfooz as the Vice Chairman of the board, effective from the same date.
Both Al Dabbagh and Bin Mahfooz will assume their positions for a three-year term until 10 May 2024.
