Cairo – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Egypt Free Shops approved a cash dividend of EGP 1.199 per share for fiscal year (FY) 2020/2021, according to a bourse disclosure on Tuesday.
During the year ended 30 June, the company's net profits increased to EGP 132.2 million from EGP 108.9 million a year earlier.
The company generated revenues of EGP 692.01 million in FY20/21, up from EGP 675.5 million in FY19/20.
