Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Ataa Educational Company has recommended raising the company’s capital by 10% through bonus shares.

The company's capital will increase from SAR 400 million to SAR 440 million by capitalising SAR 40 million from the company’s retained earnings account, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.

To raise the capital, a 0.1 bonus share will be granted to every shareholder who owns one share, equivalent to one share for every 10 shares owned by the shareholder.

This recommendation aims to strengthen the company’s capital base and support its future activities.
