The Saudi Exchange announces the trading suspension on National Petrochemical Co.’s shares in the Saudi Stock Exchange starting today Monday 10/09/1443H corresponding to 11/04/2022G to commence delisting procedures of the company’s shares. Furthermore, the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) will announce the implementation of the increase in the quantity of   Saudi Industrial Investment Group  shares and the deposit of the new shares in the Center’s Accounts of all eligible  National Petrochemical Co. shareholders after two business days from the Company's EGM approval and up to 6 business days as per The Exchange and Center Procedures.
