Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Raoom Trading Company decided to distribute SAR 1 per share as a cash dividend for the first half (H1) of 2022.

The company will disburse a total amount of SAR 6.25 million, accounting for 10% of the capital, for 6.25 million eligible shares.

The eligibility and distribution dates will be 29 December 2022 and 9 January 2023, respectively, according to a bourse filing.

Last August, the equityholders of Raoom Trading approved a 25% capital increase through bonus shares.
